Great location, beautiful hotel, room could be better
We loved the charm and location of this boutique style hotel. The front desk staff was great and even got us into our room early after a long 2 flights from Canada. The room was small but this was fine for us as we were only staying one night before embarking on a cruise. My only complaint is that the air conditioning did not let the room cool down to lower than 27 degrees Celsius which was far too hot for us Canadians.

Discriminatory treatment and false advertising ruined our trip
This is supposed to be a suite. The front desk supervisor said this is the only suite available, leaving us no choice but to either accept it or leave with no apology.
The front desk supervisor is extremely domineering. They told us that simply because we are a couple, this low-grade unit is the only suite they would provide, and they refused to arrange any suite with a sofa.
Besides, the supervisor admitted that all official hotel website photos are not valid for reference. They have 99 distinct room layouts and will never post all real-room pictures online.
Do not trust those attractive promotional photos. Guests will hardly receive the nice room you booked and expected.
This is supposed to be a suite. The front desk manager told us that they only had this one suite available, leaving us with no choice: either we accepted it or we had to leave, with no apology from her.
The reception manager is extremely domineering and arrogant. She explained to us that as a couple traveling together, this mediocre suite was the only one they would agree to provide us, and she categorically refused to assign us a suite with a sofa.
Furthermore, she herself acknowledged that all the official photos on the hotel’s website are not reliable. The establishment has 99 different room layouts, which is why the actual pictures are never posted online.
Do not trust the beautiful advertising photos. Travelers almost never get the room they hoped for at the time of booking.

As stated in our room description, this category may feature either a sofa or armchairs depending on the individual room layout.
We also firmly reject any suggestion of discriminatory treatment. Our hotel welcomes guests from all backgrounds abd room assignments are based solely on the category reserved and operational availability, and all guests are treated with the same care and respect.
While we were unable to offer an alternative room matching your expectations, the hotel was operating at very high occupancy and only a limited number of smaller rooms in lower categories remained available at the time of your arrival.
Our team therefore sought to provide a satisfactory solution and offered a full cancellation with a complete refund and no penalty, which was accepted and processed immediately.
We remain committed to providing accurate information, professional service, and a welcoming experience for all our guests.

LAUGHABLE THAT THEY HAVE 4 STARS
DO NOT STAY HERE!! laughable that they somehow have 4 stars
-room was super tiny, i even paid for upgraded sea view superior and was very underwhelmed
-staff at front desk not welcoming, unresponsive to emails if any concerns (ignored mine)
-hotel is very cheap, does not provide water daily, breakfast was very meh
-THEY LIMIT THE AC, at best your room gets warm not even cool

Spa is sub par, too expensive for what is offered. The water is warm in a plastic pitcher. The tea is a weak, lukewarm, unidentifiable brew. Both containers just plunked on a shelf. Given a hand towel, cheap beach chairs and pitiful locker room. Have to pay extra for use of stem etc., even after an 240 Euro treatment. I’m used to beautiful and spacious spas with a quiet and lush environment, fresh tea and snacks, new robes and an inviting locker room for a lot less. Not worth the time. Treatments were rushed and mechanical.
Only option for breakfast is buffet which is poorly done with expired juice and burned omelets.
The bellman were great!

Beautiful beach front property in the heart of the promenade. Walking distance to old town and restaurants within 5-10 minutes in every direction. Train station 15 minute walk and bus stop 5 minute walk. Great breakfast, comfortable bed and very friendly staff.
We would highly recommend for a stay in Nice. Good place to travel from on day trips along the French Rivera.
