Excellent hotel and staff. Rooms are large and spacious with great shower and lot's of room and storage. Excellent working AC as well. Has two elevators, great spacious lobby and friendly staff. The pool was great too. Great location short walk from old Nice, beach and the "tourist core"

I booked a double bedroom, and when I checked in I got an connected room with a random woman. there was a thin door seperating our rooms, with no sound proofing - so I could hear her talk in the phone constantly. I complained and then they gave me another room but it took nearly an hour for it to be ready and for me to love all of my stuff.
in the new room there was no towels. And it took them over half an hour to come with towels after my request.
The hotel key cards to the room kept failing, so many times I needed to reconnect the cards at the reception. Talked also to other guests who had the same problem.
elevator is super slow and very small.
Location of the hotel is perfect. next to the train station and to the beach etc.

Excellent location, close to the restaurants and the beach. Staff was very helpful and kind. The room on top floor with the balcony was very clean, large and with a nice view in the city centre. Parking was a bonus.

So we live in Nice and had to book a hotel because of water leakage in our apartment. Because of this we managed to see different hotels and can really see a difference. The Danish lady receptionist was super nice and service-minded. The young Italian guy had a very bad attitude and was literally rude to me when I came down stressed because the key to a changed room that we had just received didn’t work. I had just left a crying hungry baby and we were forced to change room because of mysterious ant-attack. This guy had not only not come to the room to see the problem as he promised when I called about the issue m, we waited for him a while (he later said he had forgotten the room number, which also shows the level of customer care!), he was nagging about why I was stressed when we had gone all the way up with all our stuff just to notice that the new key didn’t work. No service in mind, not even good attitude at a human level in mind. But only the young Italian-speaking guy and not the rest. The rest were nice. It was also a disappointment that the pool could only be used one hour, it was not clear when I booked and the room that was supposed to be 25 m2 was much smaller than that. We had just stayed at Hotel Vendôme in a 16 m2 room and they were the same size. The only good this was that the lady at the desk changed our room to a better one due to the ants attack. Alas if you need it quiet it’s not so quiet here, you hear the cars outside. We heard it from 5th floor.

A truly beautiful hotel:
Large rooms, beautiful bathroom, first-class breakfast, perfect location.
The best of all, however, is:
Perfect service with a
highly competent, attentive, professional staff!
When our rental car had problems, a young dedicated employee helped us perfectly in solving the issue!
Thank you once again for that.
It was our second stay at the hotel and certainly not our last.
