It’s the little things
The white tablecloth and white cloth napkin, along with the coffee and milk, both hot and each served in a pitcher, with Frank Sinatra playing in the background, so made my mornings. Thank you.

A lot of issues with this hotel, best to seek alternatives
The hotel is located right in the heart of the city so surrounded by all the tourist restaurants. The parking situation is horrible as they have you drive to this parking lot a number of blocks away through the tiny streets to go into a huge parking structure that most of times every parking spot was taken (but yet they still charged us 22 Euros per night for parking). AC didn't work at all. Have a mirror with a light right next to the bed that when you turn off the light, the big button in the middle of the mirror to turn the lights back on stays on with a bright light to make it hard to sleep. Cleaning crew took all the toilet paper out of the room on the second day for some reason and never replaced it. The beach area across the street that is part of the Beau Rivage (although you still have to pay to access it) was nice in that the staff there was extremely pleasant and helpful (although the beach is all rocks and they have this rug around the chairs but then going into the water unless you wear water shoes or flip flops, you are basically stepping on rocks the whole way).
Plus while there we noticed that the price for the rooms were 50% cheaper than what we paid for them on the various travel sites than on the hotel's website. There has to be better options in Nice

Fab location but plenty of room for improvement
Location is excellent, the room as pictured but room for improvement.
The good:
The hotel is in a great location near the town and close to shops and restaurants and the beach.
The reception staff I dealt with were friendly and very helpful.
The room was as pictured.
The not so good:
Our room wasn’t cleaned at all in the 3 nights we stayed. Even though I had after the first time told reception and asked for clean towels.
They had shampooed our carpet before we arrived so it was wet on arrival. Then when the air con was on the room felt damp, like being in a tent. The aircon was also not very powerful.
We were watching the Norway/England World Cup game in the bar when 15 mins from the end the barman said right it’s going off all out. I was meant to finish and hour ago and chucked us all out! Everyone was so shocked we left. It had 15 mins left of the game. Either show the whole game or none at all.
The hair drier was useless but they did lend me a wet to dry straighter which helped.
Our check in was fine but my friends had booked three other rooms and there’s weren’t ready on time.
We didn’t have any food at the hotel so can’t comment.
We did go to the beach club across the road which was ok but a little tired looking.
Can’t fault the location but it wasn’t up to 4 stars.

Very nice. Safe area, private beach access and 5 minutes walk to the old town. Hotel is very quiet, pass 1 block and that’s where all the noise, cafes and restaurants start. Everything is close by, just perfect spot. Better area than Negresso hotel and Le Meridian, closer to the old town. This is where you want to be. The Hotel has a very nice bar in the lobby.

Simply Fantastic!
Amazing stay, room was outstanding and perfectly located in Old Town. We walked two minutes to ANYTHING we needed: restaurants, shopping, beach, markets, coffee, gelato, boardwalk, historical sights…name it and it is within walking distance to this hotel.
The staff and service were excellent, helpful, and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend! We are only English speaking and everyone was patient, kind, and good-hearted.
This is where you want to be!!
