A nice and very friendly place!

The place, on a rainy day, does not pay a mine .. but once in contact with the owner, everything changes! A warm Welcoming, a very comfortable studio (size, style, cleanliness, amenities ..)! Unplanned catering, kindly offered to hotel guests, with very hearty, qualitative dishes and at a very decent price. No waiting.. Discreet and efficient Service, a very available boss..
Breakfast (correct), could be improved a little (more complete and more diversified..)
We enjoyed our stay! Our malinois also who was very well received, including at the restaurant!

yes it exists and it is in Nancay

What to say, non-existent hygiene, spoiled products and very low quality, unfortunately non-compliant rates, false image on booking, dilapidated and outsized building, in short fake.
Friendly staff and available regardless.

Nice and Convenient with great owner

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding in the region. We arrived early and were welcomed by the owner.
We were directed to our room which was good and functional.
Everything we needed was there. The beds are large with nice bathrooms. There is free internet and a large parking lot.
We enjoyed our stay and the politeness of the owner.
Great stay for a small hotel in the countryside.

Rapport qualité/prix sans surprise, la chambre était "dans son jus": descente de lit élimé, ampoule grillé, tuyau percé à la baignoire, mitigeur mal fixé, lunette des toilettes instable, porte du placard bloquée.
Le revêtement du sol du parking mériterait d'être repris( pavés non scellés et de différentes hauteur).
Petite attention pour le client: un ventilateur a été mis à disposition pour la chambre non climatisé.

Chambre très agréable et bien équipée. Merci pour le café du matin lorsque l’on doit partir de bonne heure, bouilloire en chambre avec thé et café. Pas de bruits la nuit c’est confortable. Le seul bémol est qu’il n’y a pas la clim, nous avons eu très chaud malgré le ventilateur. Cette canicule est exceptionnelle et la clim ne se justifie peut être pas en été habituellement d’où son absence. Mis à part ça tout était parfait !
