Very bad spa experience

Very bad spa experience
Very disappointed by the Spa service. When we arrived, we were not expected for the spa. The person at the front desk had to run turn on the sauna and jacuzzi, which wasted us about 15 minutes. Then the sauna was not hot, so another 15 minutes wait.
Cold sensory showers do not work, and some cabins are degraded. In the hot tub, several nozzles pulled out once inside, and only half were operating with bubbles. Worse still, the screen indicated that water maintenance had not been done for more than 11 days, which is very worrying for a wellness area.
The massage was fine, but performed by an external provider. The masseur himself left a voice message to the manager in our presence to request a commercial solution. We were told she would come back to us, which she never did.
Total lack of organization, faulty equipment and no consideration for customers. Not serious at all.

have no idea what clean towels mean absurd!!

absurd we do not change the towels for 3 days!!!! bad service and today I was handed a sheet that says that for wasteful matters towels will be changed every 4 days really shameful!!!!!

Good deal and good price

They behaved great, arriving late and at night, they waited for us at reception. Very humane treatment, reasonable prices. Very good value for money. Comfortable rooms. Parking area nearby. We'll repeat. Recommended 100%.

Correct

Great location in the resort and very quiet at night. Everything is sweet and savoury, the rooms are clean and good bedding. Very good for one night. After a renovation of the rooms would still be necessary.
