Excellent Service
We visited the hotel with a group of 14 friends on a motorbike tour. Our tour company had not booked us in for dinner. However, Keryan and Ludivine the only two staff available gave us first class service to ensure we had space in the restaurant and great food and drink. Fantastic help and service from two dedicated and hardworking staff. Thank you.

Cleanliness and staff very disappointing.
Obvious lack of professionalism and staff. Waiting at the front desk while other available receptionists are in an office right behind and laughing...
In the room, the cleanliness really leaves something to be desired.... In short, all of this is not acceptable for a 4-star hotel.
We have been frequenting this establishment for many years; the building and the rooms are nice, but there is no qualified staff to run it properly.
A real shame.

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés de constater que votre récent séjour vous a autant déçu. Solving thinking
On arrival unfortunately no baby cot. However, passed on when booking but request not received. Due to the efforts of Amina and Keryan, they can arrange a bed, while they are fully booked. As parents of a young child very happy with it.

Close to the motorway in a quiet location
We stayed here en-route to Italy, and I would stay here again. Located just off the motorway it is easy to find and located in a quiet position close to Metz. The hotel staff and facilities are very good, and being a car club they had reserved parking places for us... a very nice touch. Food was good although service a little slow, but that could be due to lack of staff.
Definately worth considering.

Room was clean, duvet not particularly clean under the cover. Although we were informed the restaurant was closed before we arrived it would have been nice to have some bar snacks available. Only fast food locally.
