Everything was perfect about this hotel! Location, room, lobby, hot tub and spa amenities! Must book!

Unbeatable location and excellent food
Location right at the foot of the slopes and lifts. Food quality for both breakfast and dinner was really excellent. Rooms are ok - quite small and a little tired but bathrooms good. We found service a little lacking - staff often made it feel like they were really doing us a favour serving us. Not ‘bad’, just not that good for the price. But overall, would return.

Group annual ski trip to Meribel
I organise a large group of business people taking an annual trip to Meribel and we have used Le Tremplin since before 2019. The hotel is in a great location, has nice rooms and facilities and the staff are very helpful and accommodating.

Very disappointing response in exceptional circumstances
Very disappointing response in exceptional circumstances
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. My flight from Dubai to Geneva was cancelled due to the current conflict affecting flights in the region, meaning I physically could not travel. Despite this, the hotel refused to offer any flexibility or compassion and strictly hid behind a 45-day cancellation policy.
Sometimes there are bigger things than refund policies — like a war preventing your guests from even reaching the country.
What made this worse was the slow response time and lack of any real attempt to help or find a solution. For a hotel with such a good reputation, the customer service was very disappointing.
If you’re considering staying in Méribel, there are plenty of other hotels that may show more understanding in exceptional situations. I would only recommend booking this property as a last resort if nothing else is available.

If you wish to smell sewage all night book this hotel!
I’m shocked this hotel is marked as a 4 star hotel. Firstly, the pictures online do not reflect the room you will receive. I am not sure if my husband and I just got unlucky with the worst room they have but I was shocked with how deceivingly different our room was from what was presented online. The main reason I am writing this review is due to the overwhelming stench that comes from the toilet in the bathroom. Even with the toilet lid closed and the bathroom door shut the room smelled foul. I got management involved and instead of offering another room (claiming every room was taken) they offered for us to just leave and get reimbursement. Would have loved to do that if rooms in the area were not skyrocketed high prices due to last minute booking. My husband convinced me to just bear with it for the sake of only being there a few days and it being his birthday weekend. The room made me actually nauseous. The pros that I can provide is that the front desk woman was kind and location was right by the ski lift.

Out of a desire to provide excellent service, our receptionist nevertheless carried out preventive maintenance on the pipes. As the hotel was fully booked, it was not possible to change your room; we therefore immediately offered you a free cancellation and a full refund for your stay, which you declined.
Finally, as each room at Le Tremplin has a unique décor, the room you were allocated was in line with the category you booked. We are delighted that you enjoyed the welcome from our team and our location at the foot of the slopes.
