Delighted (once again)

This is the second time I have visited this campsite with my 11-year-old son. The campsite is very clean, the staff is friendly. The pool remains one of the two strong points of this campsite. The second is obviously the Sainte-Croix beach located just a few meters from the campsite. The Fiji bungalow I rented was perfect, the mattress very comfortable for my large bed.
The only downsides are the exorbitant price of the on-site dining (3 euros for a scoop of ice cream, 15 euros for the cheapest pizza...).
It might be wise to leave the sports field open until 10 p.m.; that is not too late.
One last thing, which for me is THE weak point of this campsite, is the lack of activities that bring people together a bit. Perhaps the way the few rare evening activities are communicated to the campers should be reviewed. Only one karaoke or one quiz per week is too little!

Campsite benefits from the nearby beach and the swimming pool. Restaurant is ok but overpriced. It’s a quiet campsite and it’s good for children that said, there’s a lack of activities in the evening and there’s a need for either taxes or a car to get out and about, you can’t walk to a nearby market or port, for example. Staff could smile a bit more but the staff at the swimming pool are very friendly. A strong 3.5 out of 5.

Very good campsite. Everything is excellent. The location, the accommodations, the staff, and especially a special mention to the entertainment team who offer varied and very high-quality activities every week

Magnificent as usual.

Such a great campsite. Incredible atmosphere, the activity leaders are very cool, they are full of energy every day and create a great atmosphere in the campsite.

Description of the campsite does not reflect reality

What it says on the packaging is definitely not inside. Both the pool and the grocery store close at the discretion of the operators, even within the low season. The reception had no ear for any concern or showed no interest and seemed very unfriendly. For example, my grandchild urgently needed tweezers and the request was dismissed with a no, with no further interest in solving the problem. Complaints regarding the sudden closure of the grocery store or non-compliance with telephone confirmation that a taxi with a child seat could be organized met with disinterest. The beach and park were shards and dirty. The list of complaints is much longer than described here. As a guest we just felt welcome in terms of paying for the services. We have been to France several times at different campsites. That is why we are glad that we had such a bad experience only at this campsite. Replacing the 4 stars with 5 shards describes our overall impression very well.
