Very well located.

The hotel is ideally located, just about a dozen minutes on foot from the Old Port. The rooms are very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is functional.
The establishment also has parking as well as a pleasant terrace where breakfast can be enjoyed.
I especially want to thank the entire hotel team, who greatly contributed to making our stay so enjoyable. A special mention to Assia, the manager, whose professionalism and kindness are remarkable. She is an exemplary employee.
I also wish to thank Shaïnour and Amane, who are always smiling, very helpful, and attentive.
We will return with great pleasure and recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Run away!

Dilapidated and dirty hotel (torn curtain, clogged sink, creepy elevator), inhospitable room (no desk or water bottle or accessories... nothing, not even a mirror), no room cleaning, breakfast without interest, in the end expensive for what it is! And finally fire alarm at 6:20 am and not the first time, I read it in other comments. Nice when you're here for work and every minute of sleep counts.

Dangerous hotel

Horrible experience. A criminal was allowed in the hotel, he went up to rooms and mugged a guest after asking money. He then managed to steal the iPhone after bloodshed and the receptionist didn't even get involved when the guest asked for help as he feared retaliation. The police apprently ignored the call but the ambulance came and the guest was taken to the hospital, where he was told that this was common in Marseille. What kind of place is this?
