Very good experience

Upon arrival, We were very well received, the staff at the reception and floors are very polite and professional. We were perfectly informed about our journey.
Room 32, which we currently occupy is very functional and comfortable, tv OK, fridge, microwave, shower room and clean toilet.
Very comfortable bedding and impeccable sheets.
We do not suffer from heat, a fan is enough (and we are in a heatwave today!). Double glazing is of quality.
Catering, shops of all kinds and metro close to the hotel.
We recommend this hotel.

The smell of the room and tourist tax for children!!!!!!

I wanted to take 0 months but I gave 2 just for the pck location it is true that it is 2 steps from the old port, restaurant nearby and transport. Watch out! It is 3 minutes from the most dangerous Noailles district in Marseille.
The negative is the smell of the room mammamiaaa!!!!! A smell that doesn’t leave despite that I aerated in the afternoon, it doesn’t leave!! The sewers olalala I got up with a stomach ache.after what you need to know it is a double room but you can only be two so much that it is small.threw street side so tram every 5 minutes, cars etc.. and what I find not correct is that a 7 year old child pays a tourist tax!! Yet the convention says: any person under 13 is exempt from tourist tax. I explain this to the receptionist he tells me booking told us!!! But the tourist tax is the property that charges and not booking! He wanted to know nothing with booking told us and see with them!!

Collects quite easily.

Please note if you book this hotel by mistake and cancel within 10 minutes of your reservation, you will be charged the amount of your room. For my part 60€. I highly doubt they missed any reservations during the 10 minutes of my reservation. Like they waited for me all night and booking didn't warn me. In short, be sure if you book, that you will go to avoid losing the price of one night. For the rest I don't know because I didn't stay there.

DEPLORABLE

Disastrous welcome, bitter staff, room not ready, customer treated like crap, to be avoided without any scruples, no management of the "hotel" if you can call it that, no commercial gesture, DEPLORABLE TO ABSOLUTELY AVOID. I don't understand the other reviews of more than 2/5. A horror.
