Stay from July 11 to 18
The evenings at the campsite have a great atmosphere, great bartender.
A good team, the pop corn group is not bad either.
One star less for the cleanliness of the mobile homes... But for once that becomes secondary because we have excellent evenings, the indoor pool is great..

Disappointing.
Even before arriving at the campsite, after a simple phone call, I immediately sensed a cold and unwelcoming reception from this lady.
On-site, this was unfortunately confirmed: there was no tolerance, at the slightest noise she would immediately come over aggressively. Contact with customers does not seem to really be your strong suit. Perhaps you should consider a profession more oriented towards something other than hospitality, as this field does not seem to suit you, ma'am.
Regarding the gentleman from the technical team, he was very helpful at first with my children and me (thank you again for the sunshade), but his attitude then completely changed, which is a shame.
In the end, instead of trying to calm the situation, this lady played the victim and lectured us as if we were in a schoolyard.
This is regrettable, as the campsite is very good for children and seems safe.

Week-end passable
We stayed at location 189 and there already the flop, correct space but the view was SURPRISING!
Small pool ok with changing rooms and lockers, the showers are unusable because frozen, not a good point for the little ones.
Sanitary side, there were 2 showers and 2 toilets in operation, no worries.
There is beach access, but difficult to reach the sea, plan walking shoes because many obstacles.
Great fishing ponds (luckily there was that!)
Camping quite quiet, it feels good!
There's a mini convenience store for troubleshooting. The bar offers reasonably priced drinks and ice cream, that’s good!
In the end, mixed stay. Again it is not necessary to be difficult, but clearly we will not recommend it.

Merci d’avoir partagé votre ressenti. Nous sommes désolés que certains aspects de votre séjour n’aient pas répondu à vos attentes.
Concernant les douches, un problème technique temporaire a pu affecter la température de l’eau ; nous veillons pourtant à ce que tout soit opérationnel, surtout pour les familles.
L’accès à la mer, en pleine nature, peut effectivement être un peu plus sportif selon la marée et le sentier, mais beaucoup l’apprécient pour son côté sauvage.
Nous sommes tout de même ravis que vous ayez apprécié le calme, les étangs de pêche ainsi que les services sur place.
Nous prenons note de vos remarques pour continuer à améliorer l'expérience de nos vacanciers.

Three night stay as a base to explore surrounding areas.
Campsite in the middle of nowhere a few miles from Calais. Small covered pool. Shame it shut at 6pm sharp when it was full ???? Crazy decision. Small bar in a hall with a stage. Welcome was a bit rude as the lady was on the phone for about 10 mins and did not finish the call or acknowledge us once as we checked in. Bungalow was acceptable. Beach was a few mins walk across grassy sand dunes to a muddy / grassy beach. Don’t expect the kids to be playing in the sand. We left it late and booked last minute and that’s why it was available. Would I stay again ? Only if I could find nowhere else.

Do not go to this campsite for a pitch. Everything is dirty not maintained no security no barrier access to the dunes for all walkers.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Bed linen is not included in the rate. Guests can rent it at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15 for a double bed, EUR 12 for a single bed or bring their own. Please contact the property before arrival if you wish to rent bed linen.
