Hotel Moderne

I liked it, great price and service. The hotel is seven minutes' walk from the RER, and 15 minutes' walk from the subway for those who arrive later in the evening. And it is 15 minutes from the main sights of Paris. Close to market, cafe and restaurant. The room we took was on the first floor with bathroom more without air conditioning, we went in May and we did not need air conditioning the weather was nice. The receptionist Henrique very friendly and speaks Portuguese and helped us with many tips.

OUTRAGEOUS, OUTDATED, UNPROFESSIONAL!

a very serious incident in the hotel where I booked via a platform.
I had contacted the hotel in writing to ask for an explanation of this difference in room rates and the one I paid.
As a result, this morning around 8:20 am, I was verbally and physically assaulted by the manager of the establishment.
This incident is unacceptable and has compromised my safety. I'm asking the platform.
Register my complaint immediately.
To investigate this hotel.
To confirm the steps to obtain a refund and compensation.
I have already reported this incident by phone to their support, but I wish to formalize it in writing.
Thank you for confirming that my complaint has been properly handled as soon as possible.
PS: in addition to a deplorable condition, room maintenance, I don’t tell the noise of the pipes, at night when the water circulates, it is super cold as an influencer, I had the worst stay I could have had.

Great hotel. Room on the ground floor, excellent room with spacious bathroom. Staff is friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Fresh rolls, plenty of toppings. In short, we slept well here for 3 nights. A tidy room every day, but the towels were not replaced. We'll be going again next week.

Extremely dirty you can't sleep in peace

You can't call it a Hotel! Old structure, very dirty everywhere, sheets never changed! Rooms shouldn't be cleaned! At night you can't sleep, neighbors were shouting and slamming doors! Unprofessional staff! You can't call it Hotel!

Cheap, well situated near Metro

We stayed here for three nights and had a room on the 4th floor with shared bathroom/toilet. No elevator, but that was ok for us. More serious is the fact that there is no second fire escape! Rooms, toilet and bathroom are not kept very clean, people smoke on the toilet, which is really bad. Water in bathroom does not run through. Staff is nice, breakfast really nice with fresh croissants and German bröthchen, jams, good coffe etc.
Nights are quite (traffic), although it is easy to hear the other guests speak in their rooms. Restaurants are nearby and ok. The beds are made up the old fashioned way with sheets and blankets (no quilts) and they were not cleaned during our three nights stay.
