JUST LOVELY

Hotel is Modern, Clean and the Location is, we feel the best in Lourdes!!
Rooms are regularly refurbished, fully air conditioned & ensuite; Best Pillows ever!! Staff are always on hand to assist with any extra requirements. Great Restaurant Facilities happy to accommodate dietary needs and special occasions - the Staff are just wonderful. The same for The Bar Staff and Reception really welcoming and work tirelessly to make the stay a great experience - Thank you so much to you all at the Roissy:) We will definitely be back!

Bad value for money

For so much money, we expected more. Lousy food and mediocre service at best. Hot everywhere in the hotel. Old air conditioning in the room didn't work well. Leak under the sink made the toiletries wet

My opinion on the hotel

Well-located hotel, near the sanctuary. Staff is very attentive. Good meals and breakfast. I recommend this hotel.

Convenient location - 3 minutes walk to Grotto and shops; supermarket opposite; clean, spacy room; lots of relaxation areas; helpful staff; breakfast was fine but decided to go for a cheaper, full English breakfast close by; would definitely stay there on my next pilgrimage but would aim for a direct, more convenient flight to Lourdes rather than via Toulouse.

Horrible smell.

We were relocated to this hotel even though we had booked at the Astrid hotel.
Very cold welcome; after a 4-hour train delay, we hoped to be better received.
But what ruined our stay was the smell in the room (cold cigarette) and the bathroom, which was dirty (hair, mold, dust, cobwebs)! We reported it, with photos as evidence, but the cleaning staff did not resolve the issue.
We had two rooms, and both bathrooms were in the same condition!
The only positive point: the bedding.
Even at breakfast, it was necessary to find a clean cup!
