Top location in Lourdes!

Right in the center of Lourdes and just a few steps away from the Basilica - the location is perfect and this hotel is exquisite. We were upgraded to a suite that was absolutely gorgeous! Surrounded by gift shops but the shop attached to the hotel offers guests a discount on purchases and it truly was one of the better shops in town.
Just wish we could spend more time in the room but there is so much to see in Lourdes.

Hotel is clean and perfectly located. The restaurant has a limited menu with acceptable. Service. Staff is wonderful. Rooms are large, but decorated in a dated fashion. Do not expect luxury. No daily water provided and room coffee is instant variety. Paper cups in bathroom and basic soaps. Nothing special. A solid 3
Star hotel that could rise to 4 star with a few minor upgrades.

Staff aims to please. They met our every need including charging my sisters mobility scooter at night and arranged transport to rain station.

Wonderful experience at the heart of Lourdes

Perfect location to visit the sanctuary of our Lady of Lourdes. We have two rooms, one wth balcony and the other one is large enough to store two bicycles. The staff are especially helpful. There is parking available. Excellent value for the very well appointed rooms. The breakfast buffet needs upgrades though compared to the one at the Grand Hotel in the city of Albi.
