Whata perfect service from Hotel Les Alizes!.

Colleagues in this hotel can easily tell a lie to you!. I booked my room with balcony and hotel receptionist cheated me by giving me another cheaper room without balcony and he was even telling me that hotell is full, which is an absolute lie!.there are even no car in hotel parking lot!. Dont trust on your booking and confirmation letter!.

Quiet and pleasant hotel in the countryside

The room is very clean, quiet.
The staff is impeccable.
The price / quality ratio is very good in stage night.
I recommend it.

Basic care

It is very nice on the outside but the rooms not so much, however it is comfortable (I don't like the layout of the toilet in a separate room), it is located in a village without any charm but it is good location close to the road connecting Colmar and Strasbourg, so it is practical, the staff attention is basic.

Magnificent Suites but Disappointment on Welcoming and Catering

Pros:
* The family suites we booked were absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. They greatly contributed to the quality of our night and our stay on site.
Cons and Disappointment:
* Welcoming on arrival was very disappointing. We had the unpleasant feeling of disturbing the staff, which is not acceptable in a hotel establishment of this standing.
* The biggest disappointment is the restaurant. We were informed that the hotel restaurant was full. It is unfortunate that we were not offered to reserve a table or even asked the question when booking our rooms. We had to manage at the last minute to find a restaurant in another village, which is really bad for a hotel that offers a Food Service.
Conclusion:
While the suites are excellent, the overall experience was spoiled by a cold Welcoming and especially by the lack of consideration regarding booking for dinner. This is a must to review to ensure a complete and satisfying customer experience.
