Great location midway between Lille Flanders train station and Lille Europe station. A 5 minute walk to either one. Conveniently located next to Westfield Mall that has a large grocery store in it.

Hotel that lives up to its promises.

We found a very warm and smiling welcome 24/7; the reputation of the people from the north is well-deserved.
All hotel services are top-notch, rooms, dining, accessibility....Very well located 2 minutes away on foot between the two train stations and 5 minutes from the city center. Lille is a very pretty city; this first visit, a bit short, makes us want to come back, and it is at the Hotel Lille Europe that we are staying.

We spent a comfortable night there the air conditioning worked well, the room was very clean . Very conveniently located near the train stations
and still walking distance to restaurants and bars around the Grand Place.
Considering being in a main road it was quiet..
Definitely very good value for the money.

THIS BEAUTIFUL CITY OF LILLE

Very clean and quiet hotel. Very close to the city center. However, they charged me another 32 euros after my stay. I assume it is the daily tax; I find that at 80 euros/night for the room, the price is fair, but if it is indeed the tax, it is expensive compared to the nightly rate.
There is a lack of storage; under the desk, a shelf would fit well. No storage in the bathroom; under the sink, it is possible.

The hotel Wi-Fi was mostly not working, which delayed getting our room key at check-in - I had already completed the available online check-in process ahead of arrival. A similar issue arose when trying to check out. The Wi-Fi did not work at all in our room and I have to say this is not what I expect. The staff did their best and were helpful and polite when needed in this respect but, like us, were lot down by inadequate systems. I must add that otherwise I found the hotel excellent
