Located in the city centre, only 500 metres from the old city, this 19th-century building was turned into a hotel in 2006. It features air-conditioned rooms, 2 meeting rooms and private, secured parking. A fitness centre is also available.

Really nice Hotel with Character
We were greeted by two very lovely employees, Check-In was smooth and as we booked 2 rooms we were allocated rooms next to each other (great).
Out Suite was nice and clean with a huge bed and a lot of space.
The breakfast offers a wide variety of foods and drinks. Also here, Staff was smiling, greeting and taking care of Everything.
Overall, we really enjoyed staying here and would defentely stay here again.

A Bed Designed By Divorce Lawyers
Negotiating the entrance ramp felt less like parking and more like a televised endurance challenge. One wrong move and I’d have been explaining to my insurance company how a perfectly good sports car became modern art. I nearly suffered a coronary halfway down. The saving grace was Gerald on reception, a gentleman of extraordinary patience who, at 1am, actually walked the perimeter of the hotel to help guide me into the garage. If every hotel had a Gerald, half the world’s problems would disappear before breakfast.
The hotel itself is full of character, spotlessly clean and wonderfully quiet. The location is excellent too, making it an ideal base for exploring Le Mans.
My only surprise came overnight when I discovered that the “double bed” was in fact two singles in a committed but distant relationship. I woke up wedged in the gap between them, folded into a shape that would have impressed Quasimodo’s chiropractor.
Breakfast was a buffet that looked as though several coach parties had arrived five minutes before me, but the selection was good and the staff remained cheerful, helpful and unfailingly pleasant throughout.
Despite my midnight battle with the garage and my brief transformation into a hunchback, this is a hotel I’d happily return to. Good value, great location, lovely staff and a special mention to Gerald, who deserves a medal, a pay rise, or at the very least a much larger car park.

Aging hotel to avoid
The staff is not friendly especially at breakfast!
Breakfast composed of industrial, tasteless and for some really bad dishes.
Only positive the rooms are clean.
I would not recommend this hotel at all.
