Bonjour Laetitiaportois, nous vous remercions pour votre avis qui nous aide toujours à nous améliorer. Toutefois, le garde de nuit fait des rondes à toutes les heures pour votre entière sécurité; par contre , nous ne pouvons pas parler de "couvre feu", nous sommes un établissement de tourisme proche d'un Luna park et d'un casino de jeux. Pour plus de quiétude, nous vous invitons à privilégier vos séjours en basse saison. Au plaisir de vous recevoir à nouveau, belle journée.

A very restrictive and unwelcoming campsite

We came to this campsite in May and, honestly, we were very disappointed.
Everything is done to give an impression of confinement. The gate closes very early in the evening and the hours for other services are also very restrictive, especially those for the laundry room. One evening, the security guard even closed the gate 15 minutes earlier than scheduled. I found myself outside the campsite, without my badge, and I had to wait for someone to arrive so I could get back in. A particularly unpleasant situation.
The next day, I reported this incident to the front desk, clearly explaining my dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, the person at the front desk did not take my remark seriously at all and simply told me to take it up directly with the security guard. No apology, no explanation, and above all, no consideration for the problem encountered. I found this attitude particularly disappointing for an establishment that hosts vacationers.
Another big negative point: it is one of the few campsites in the area that does not offer closer access to the beach. It is therefore impossible to get there on foot. To go to the beach, a bike is essential.
We know the area very well and have been staying there for several years at a neighboring campsite, which offers many more advantages while being cheaper. The comparison is therefore easy to make and, unfortunately, this campsite is far from being up to par.
In May, the atmosphere was also very strange, with a clientele that was essentially very elderly and, for the most part, made up of owners who quickly make you understand that you are in their territory. As vacationers, we did not really feel welcome.
In short, between the very restrictive hours, the lack of walking access to the beach, the gate incident, and especially the lack of consideration from the front desk when we reported it, we really had a very bad experience.
For us, this campsite gives more of an impression of constraint and confinement than of a vacation. We know the area well enough to know that there are much better alternatives, including at a lower price.
We will not return.

Bonjour, nous vous remercions pour votre intérêt à la vie du camping et de déposer un avis quelques peu surprenant plus de deux mois après votre visite. Notre établissement est parfaitement sécurisé pour passer de bons moments loin des agitations pour que votre séjour soit tranquillisé Nous indiquons dans tous nos supports de communication être à 1000 m de la mer. Je suis surpris que vous parliez d'un accès direct qui n'existe pas. Par contre , nous sommes proches du centre du Grau du Roi aussi avec son petit port de pêche. Nous serons ravis de vous faire découvrir tous ces points. Belle journée.

Stay from June 27, 2026 to July 04, 2026 RV site

Pleasant stay, we will return with pleasure. Campsite to recommend. We loved the restaurant and grocery store team who were working in very poor conditions (kitchen in a container as well as the grocery store, temperature approaching 122°F to 140°F inside during a heatwave) and despite that, always in a good mood, ready to laugh every day, professional, good at remembering faces, top-notch service, fast and good.

Bonjour, nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de faire ce retour et sommes navrés du désagrément. Nous allons voir ce qu'il s'est passé car les animations, présentes uniquement le weekend, s'arrêtent à minuit maximum pour justement respecter la tranquillité de chacun.
