Delicious food and overnight in transit from Spain to the Netherlands

Great food and slept passing through Spain to the Netherlands. Especially the menu was very tasty.

I recommend it!

Very good experience, an excellent surprise, clean, spacious, well-equipped room, a fairly large parking lot! Establishment close to the Zenith of Nancy, we were able to attend the Gims concert without dealing with traffic jams.. a hearty and very good breakfast, I recommend it!

Very disappointed with this Ibis Hotel.

We booked this Hotel as the website stated there was a restaurant on site.
On checking in we were told the restaurant was closed that evening.
later on, we decided we would have a drink at the bar before going out to eat. there was nobody serving and no one on reception, so we left.
we returned and tried the bar again., no staff anywhere.
Breakfast in the morning was like a "cattle market" It was extremely busy with a long queue and people pushing in front of you, shoving chairs out of the way! What a nightmare. I would like to suggest that the coffee machine is moved away from the food station to enable people to just get their coffee and not join the food queue.
Not the normal experience of an Ibis Styles.

1 night in Nancy with a group

We spent one night at the Ibis Nancy Laxou.
The hotel is in a popular suburb of Nancy.
The hotel has been recently renovated.
We were a group of 23 people in 12 rooms.
No anticipation for check-in.
Only one person at the bar and reception in the afternoon.
Meals at the restaurant were average.

No more Ibis hotels

We had booked here 4 weeks in advance an adapted room (invalid ). Upon arrival on April 1 around 5.30pm we were allocated a room. The room turned out not to be a modified room, the receptionist who barely spoke English then told us that there was no modified room anymore, the hotel was full! With the help of a bartender who spoke some English found a custom room in another hotel. Meanwhile, our credit card was charged for this hotel. Arriving at the other hotel, which was € 50.- cheaper, got a modified room. The € 50.- difference would be settled after a few days. We are now a week further, the € 50.- not yet seen again. The Ibis hotel where we had initially booked belongs to the Accor group, also those written to, now on April 10 / 2026 nothing heard.
