Beware of the risk of bed bugs
We stayed only one night in room 324, on the night of July 27 to 28.
A few hours after waking up, my partner and I noticed the appearance of numerous skin lesions on different parts of our bodies. New lesions appeared in the days that followed. It was the first day of our vacation and our first stay in a hotel establishment; we had no symptoms before that night.
Given the circumstances, we suspected bed bug bites,
As I write this review, I am still suffering from itching, which unfortunately ruined the beginning of our vacation.
I am simply sharing our experience so that future travelers can be informed and remain vigilant. I also hope that all necessary checks will be carried out in order to rule out any risk for future guests.

In short... it could have been better, but it wasn't.
Good hotel for a stopover. Good cleanliness of the rooms even though they have carpet (we are in 2026 and still carpet?). Small but functional bathroom (it felt like a ship's bathroom). Unfortunately, we had the usual problem with towels... because they give one towel per person and you have to do everything with that??? After our insistence, they gave one more (just one) and at the change for room cleaning, it was not "returned" to us, so another "hassle" in the request.
The hotel is located far from the sea (even though you can see it from the room) and from all the local "attractions" (bars, restaurants, port, etc.).
The price of the room is in line with the location... one last thing: why do they ask for a 700 euro deposit upon arrival?

Disappointing
Mediocre; having had several experiences with the Accor Ibis group, this one is disappointing. A small and not very clean bathroom (toilet and sink hair), poorly placed shower hose, so every shower the hose hits the plastic shower wall, which is very unpleasant. The soundproofing is not bad. The bedding is good, but a fridge is missing when it is 40 degrees outside; the room is air-conditioned. Upon our arrival, we were informed of a parking fee of €10 per day, one of the first for us!! The breakfast is priced at €15, very expensive for what is offered; it remains basic. The train station is a 1-hour walk and about 10 minutes by car... The amenities are not far, but by car; we have to take the car to the beach and the old port.

Disappointing experience for a hotel in the Accor group
Very disappointing experience for a hotel in the Accor group! Clearly, we are not respected as customers, just a number among many...
I had made a prepaid and confirmed reservation. Without explanation, this reservation was canceled, even though a prepaid reservation cannot be canceled.
Upon my arrival at the hotel, I was offered a room for an additional $6.75. Certainly, the amount is small, but the error is not mine. I would have appreciated a goodwill gesture. The person on site told me that she would discuss it with her manager, that for now, I should not pay and that I would be called.
No call or explanation, only the invoice by email with not only the additional $6.75 but also a $10 parking fee that I did not use.
I called the hotel again, and they told me they would take the necessary steps to discuss it again with their manager and that she would call me back on Monday.
Again, no response.
Accumulation of errors, lack of follow-up, and lack of consideration for the customer. I am professionally accustomed to Accor club hotels, and I will never recommend this establishment.

Hotel outside the center and away from the beach. Quite far away.
