A friendly place for a stay in the historic citadel of Granville, close to the see.

Excellent in every respect: authentic XVIIIth century house in the historic centre of the city within the walls of the citadel, comfortable and large rooms, and the owner is reliable and prepares a tasty breakfast (good coffee too!). You can walk from the Logis to all the interesting places of Granville: the harbour, the beach, the lighthouse and surrounding WWII bunkers, and the railway station.

Pleasant stopover in the old upper town

Friendly welcome, bright and spacious room, with high ceilings, in one of the most typical areas of Granville; clean room, well heated, a comfortable shower room.
A good breakfast with bread, cake and homemade jams. THANKS !

We spent 2 nights at Logis du Roc, warm welcome, spacious room, impeccable bathroom. In the heart of the old town. An ideal address for a romantic weekend in Granville.

A very comfortable, hospitable, charming and central stay in Granville

We (couple) had a wonderful stay (2 nights) in "Le Logis du Roc". The hosts were very friendly, helpful to explain a bit the story about Granville and the town itself.
We booked the bed & breakfast very late and spontaneous in the evening. The time of arrival for check-in didn't matter to Eric and Nadera. They were very uncomplicated and there was no problem of comunication. Eric and Nadera were at home when we arrived at midnight.
We had a simple, but very good breakfast: fresh croissant, homemade bread, homemade cake, marmelade, butter, ...). The room was decorated in a caring way, very clean and comfortable bed. We would definitely come back to "Le Logic du Roc". Thanks again Eric and Nadera for our lovely stay in your bed & breakfast! Lot's of love also to your sweet daughter!

This was definitely 'you get what you pay for'.

Had to call the owners to let us in so we were hanging about in the road for a while, they were on the beach. We were ushered to an attic room four storeys up an extremely narrow stairwell. My husband being 6ft 2" barely had an inch spare of head room. The house is badly renovated. None of the jointing has been done on the plasterboard meaning that the insulation (if any) was ineffective so the room was very hot. No fan.
The bathroom had a broken bracket for the shower hose and no shower curtain meaning only a sit down shower in a small bath.
The towels were random, old and thin.
The complimentary toiletries were products that obviously other guests had forgotten / left behind.
The bed spread was old and polyester. The bed linens were old.
The room wasn't serviced daily.
The WIFI was non existant, couldn't even see their network in our room.
The seating area in the room was in such a confined space in the eaves we didn't fit in it to sit on the old sofa bed....
The breakfast was extremely basic. Some bread and a small croissant with jam and butter. A hard nectarine was on offer and a plain yoghurt.
We were told at what time breakfast would be so if you are an early riser or need to leave smartly forget it!
Anway some positives were the location in the old town. The bed was comfortable and the hairdryer was good. A kettle in the room to make two cups of coffee or tea, no milk.
