Excellent time spent at the restaurant. A service at the top as well as the products proposed whether on the menu or suggestions of the day.

GOOD but a little better.
Beautiful establishment , courteous and correct welcome attentive to the customer , beautiful restaurant room but service with a relaxation that alters this service ( white wine brought at the end of the entry ). A cuisine that wants to be inventive but again a lack of rigor and without communication with the room service ....Entrance: crisp that is not. Dish: trout with not hot enough ravioli , served on a cold plate. Dessert: apple crumble correct but temperature limit. Too bad to have such an establishment and "spoil" by an average performance.

Room had wall mounted tv removed from fixed wall frame with temporary cables running to a tv sat on the dressing table which also obscured the mirror. Bathroom sliding door was broken. Crisps/chips were left on the floor under the edge of the bed from previous guest. Complained to reception who initially said there was nothing wrong and why were we complaining as the room had a tv.
We asked for another room and were told it was not possible as the hotel was full when in fact it was actually only about 50% occupied.Booked this hotel as result of it being called “fabulous” on hotels.com web site.

A high-class restaurant
François Rabelais can be proud to have such an establishment named after him: The Rabelais. The welcome is more than warm and immediately “settles” in a comfort embroidered with conviviality and well-being.
In the dining room, although vast, there is an atmosphere of relaxation and fullness: you feel right away. The tables, perfectly laid, are judiciously placed.
Waitresses and waiters deal with discretion and professionalism. Intended for customers, they show interpersonality and offer valuable advice on food and wine. Yes, certainly an exceptional quality of service from which many establishments should be inspired. Moreover, the timing between them and the artists who officiate “on piano” is just perfect.
As for the dishes proposed what to say: originality, beautiful presentation, impeccable quality, in short a taste pleasure that our taste buds revelled in.
The menus and the menu can only seduce you and the prices charged are really reasonable.
This restaurant is a WHOLE, which charms and conquers you. What a great time we had with our friends who were delighted.
Certainly, we will come back to it and we will not fail to recommend this property, unique in the area, to our knowledge.
