BAD EXPERIENCE
The contact person was not pleasant on the phone, no greeting, and was curt, barely hiding their annoyance at our questions.
It was impossible to arrive before 5 PM, and no one was accommodating.
The exterior of the building is beautiful, but the garden lacks maintenance.
Indoor parking is expensive, while street parking is cheaper.
We are asked for a deposit of €500 even though there is not even an inventory check at the entrance or at the exit.
Upon our arrival, we notice that one of the table legs is broken upstairs. The table was wedged against the wall.
We immediately take photos and send them to the contact provided on the site; we also call them.
The response is that I cannot do anything; we need to send the photos to the owner on her mobile, which we do.
The owner is invisible and does not respond to our text message!!!!
The next day, May 8, which is a holiday, we leave the villa, and in the evening we receive a message saying that €250 will be deducted from our deposit for the broken table leg.
UNBELIEVABLE!!! They are deducting half of our deposit for no reason.
A holiday.
The owner managed to obtain a quote for a repair, WELL DONE ON A HOLIDAY!!
We try to call her on her mobile, but there is no response. We are not sent an invoice, but €250 is directly deducted from us.
We have to call several times over several days and weeks to Booking, explain, re-explain, send the SMS evidence and the photos... it is a whole process just to be reimbursed by Booking.
The owner can do the same scenario to all her tenants and easily make money by inventing that certain items are damaged or broken...
EASY, there is NO INVENTORY CHECK AT THE ENTRANCE OR EXIT!!!!
And they deduct part of the deposit from honest tenants.
So NO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RENTAL.

J ai dormi dans des F1 et dans des hôtels ☆☆☆ ...
La via Bligny est le mieux le plus dégoûtant . Je ne met jamais d avis.... mais la c était pas possible de ne pas prévenir. ALLEZ AILLEURS

Soggiorno pessimo
Fatto notare questi elementi al proprietario quest’ultimo con aria non curante e sufficiente non si è per niente reso disponibile, era solamente interessato alla riscossione della tassa di soggiorno.
Estremamente sconsigliato.

Le jardin a besoin d'entretien. Le plus, une place de parking, centre de ville, tout se fait à pied. Bon accueil. Le logement a besoin de rafraissement du mobilier. Logement silencieux. Petit dejeuner correct pour le prix.
