Quiet, comfortable hotel in the hear to of the old city

This hotel is right in the middle of the old city in Strasbourg, a less than five minute walk from the cathedral. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a mini-fridge and great air conditioning, which was important because there was a heat wave when I was there. I had a room on the top floor (6th floor), which was very quiet, even though it was close to all of the key sights. The front desk staff was very friendly, and my friend and I were able to store our luggage there on our checkout day since our train wasn't until the afternoon. Speaking of which, it's very easy to get to and from the train station using the tram. I would definitely stay there again, if (when) I return to Strasbourg. I can't speak about the quality of the breakfast, because I didn't get it since there were several cafes nearby.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was varied and good, but our room was awkwardly situated. We weren’t even on the top floor and I bonked my head on the low beams several times. Not a great room.

Heart of the City

The staff was delightful. They were kind and extremely helpful. The morning breakfast was outstanding-fruits, homemade breads & jams, eggs and meats as well as fabulous pastries. The room was clean and the bed slept well.

Here, hospitality is truly lived.

Very nice staff, great location.
Breakfast is plentiful.
Since a technical problem arose with our room, we were offered another room/a gift was presented to us.
We would gladly come back!

Excellent Location

Excellent location. Nice staff. We upgraded our room to a larger room as rooms in Europe tend to be smaller. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. There are also great choices within walking distance of the hotel.
