Last year we were in first floor and the room seemed to be in better status than this year in ground floor (less worn out mainly in the bathroom). Secondly, we feel smoke smell from cigarettes in the room.

To avoid

Okay, the price is not high, but even the minimum is not there. Unpleasant receptionist. Choice of a double bed not respected. Air conditioner out of order. Unbearable sewage smell. Cleanliness more than limited.

Very bad experience

Friendly staff and quality breakfast but noisy hotel, dirty parking full of garbage, clean limit room, bathroom in poor condition (sanitary and door) and the room smelled of cigarettes all at a prohibitive price during school holidays. How can the hotel management offer such a poor service? This is unacceptable when travelling as a family. The hotel was better managed when it was an Ibis. I'm not going back there.

Bonjour,
Bien cordialement,
La Direction

We waited 20 min for check-in : the 2 staff looked completely lost.
Once we got in the room everything was wrong :
- Room door did not lock from ourside. Couldn't leave our stuff in the room !!!!
- Bathroom was all moldy
- And there were some dirty abd old tissues from previous tenant left inthe room next to the bed !!!
- Last, the room was cold and the heater was not on when we arrived at 10h30pm even tough it was freezy outside.
Largely not accepatable !
But it was late and there was 8 people inteh the queue at the desk we didn't feel going back and asking for a room change.
Will never go bzck to this brand / property.
