Disastrous

Very disappointed with this hotel. The photos presented on the site are clearly misleading: they absolutely do not reflect the actual condition of the rooms. Mine was aging, clearly not renovated for a long time, and for a night at over $100, it is simply unacceptable. To top it all off, the room had not been properly cleaned and, in two nights on-site, neither the sheets nor the towels were changed or even tidied up. At this price point, it is a minimum that one has the right to expect.
The bathroom also needs to be completely overhauled. The shower is frankly mediocre, with equipment that seems to date from another era. Here again, we are very far from the level of comfort that one can legitimately expect at this price.
Another incomprehensible point: no refrigerator in the room and not the slightest bottle of water provided, even though the temperatures were particularly high. These are, however, basic courtesies that one finds in many establishments in this range.
The welcome also started in a rather surprising way. Barely arrived in the parking lot, the manager came to ask me to move my car to allow someone to park next to me, even though I was already parked about a foot from a post. On the other hand, his Audi TT was quietly occupying two parking spaces... An attitude that speaks volumes about their sense of priorities.
The only real positive point of this establishment is the front desk staff. The young women who work there are smiling, pleasant, and professional. They clearly raise the bar.
For the rest, I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Between the dilapidated rooms, the lack of maintenance, the outdated equipment, and management that would benefit from leading by example, the value for money is catastrophic.

Nice hotel but without breakfasts

Breakfast without bread or rusks! We grabbed some mini pastries from the neighboring table!

Ideal location in the city center, church, shops and port

Hotel located in the center of Saint Gilles, most friendly welcome, pet friendly, rooms to refresh but correct only flat bedding (too soft)

An unforgettable stay

Perfect establishment from every point of view!
This is the first time I've visited this hotel and frankly I don't see what can be added , there is nothing to improve!
Whether at the level of the room, the location of the establishment or the dedication of the owners to the guests, I have only one word to say BRAVO! Thank you for making my stay an enchanted break during this time
