Always a good time
We go there regularly since the discovery of Courchevel village (we alternate hotel and apartment ) and have already tested both suites and rooms.
Nothing to say.
The table is quality and payable.
The terrace is probably one of the most pleasant in Courchevel.
Our friendships to François, Philippe and his wife as well as to the historical seasonal .

Catch tourists
Catch tourists. Only bravo to the very pleasant waiters, ready to cover the boss in all circumstances... 2 burgers and 2 drinks for 80€. Bread be said of the house Braissand (I hope for them not) with good supermarket taste. Best fries at Mac do. Steak ordered bleeding served blue. Grainy reblochon sauce. Anyway, avoid it. It does not do good in the image of the Savoy...not to mention the absence of commercial gesture of the boss who had as his only answer: anyway we can do nothing!

I booked 7 days trip but I spend upto 27 hours for this trip I don't like this service! not recommend hope its good for next time

Horrible.
⭐️ Very disappointing experience – establishment to avoid
We had lunch at this property and the experience was deeply disappointing, from start to finish.
As soon as we arrived, the tone was set: the boss was haughty and disrespectful, speaking poorly to his staff in front of customers. The atmosphere was heavy, unwelcoming, and very different from what you would expect from a restaurant.
A dog belonging to another customer would walk around our table, stick to us and ask for food. With children at the table, the situation was clearly awkward. It was only at our request that a person was finally called to look after it, even though our discomfort was obvious. We shouldn’t have had to deal with it ourselves.
The service was then totally disrupted: dishes served at different times, no coordination. My sister got her dish last, when everyone was almost done. She ate alone, no excuses. Some plates were cleared while others were still eating.
The dishes were presented as “homemade”, but several elements contradicted this discourse: obviously frozen fries, bag mayonnaise, and especially vegetarian lasagna in which we found clearly visible hair.
To our remark, the boss immediately denied any responsibility, explaining that it must have come from “suppliers” or transportation, suggesting that the elements are neither mastered nor really homemade. No questioning, no excuses.
We remained calm, polite and understanding — especially as we know the job well, as my brother-in-law is a restaurateur, as am I. Despite this, we felt that our posed attitude gave him the opportunity to do less, or even to abuse the situation.
No commercial gestures were offered. We were even told very dryly that the dish had been eaten and that there was nothing to do, adding that he did not care if we left a bad comment.
He also tried to charge for an unordered dish, and was annoyed when we reported it.
Throughout the meal, he made disparaging remarks about other restaurateurs in the area, presenting himself as well above the lot. However, in view of past experience, this discourse sounds mostly like a lack of questioning and professionalism.
We leave with the impression that he has forgotten the very essence of this profession: to welcome, to please, and to take care of his customers.

Very pleasant stay
I discovered this hotel during the Ski World Cup. Far from the standard of major chains, I had a very pleasant professional stay where everything is done to make you feel good. The management and staff are very attentive, the establishment is very clean in a purely family style.
The bedding is very comfortable.
The location is excellent for those who love skiing
The hearty breakfast is also of high quality.
Whether it's family, vacation or business, I totally recommend this property
