Disappointing experience
The next day, I left my room at 12:10 PM instead of 12:00 PM. During check-out, I was completely willing to pay any extra charge for those 10 minutes of delay. However, the receptionist adopted a very aggressive attitude towards me and started yelling at me.
I apologized to her, explaining that I had returned late at night and had not heard my alarm. I also indicated that I was ready to pay an extra charge if necessary. Her response was shocking: she told me, in a very loud tone, "If you’re not happy, call the police."
Before leaving to retrieve my car from the parking lot, I left my suitcase at the reception. Upon my return, while it was raining, she refused to open the door for me immediately. Once inside, she continued to be unpleasant by saying: I don’t have time for this, I have my lunch to take care of.
I find this very disappointing, as the establishment seems to be of good quality. Unfortunately, this type of behavior greatly harms the hotel's image. A person with such an attitude risks damaging their reputation.

It’s 11:47 p.m. and I can hear the neighbor snoring next door...to believe he shares our bed.
As for the toilet, to be able to close the door for a little privacy, you will have to sit perpendicular to the toilet!!!
