A little oasis in the city.

Haven of peace. Welcomed with little care. Very well arranged hotel, charming and smiling staff. Breakfast is not free as indicated, it is a buffet for 20 euros, with a lot of choices, real honey, a first. The bar/tea room is very friendly. The rooms are good size, very comfortable beds. Very quiet hotel despite the location..thanks for our small stay..

A little dingy but good location

The location of the hotel is great and it’s very walkable into town. Parking is 20 euro per night. The hallways are very dingy. Lots of paint chipped and scratches on doors. Our shower would NOT drain. Felt like we were showering in a bath it was gross. We called the hotel to tell them about it they said they would have someone come take a look at it the next day, and then no one came and looked at it and it was broken the entire stay. A bit frustrating. The carpet in our hotel room was also super dirty and stained which was gross. Check in was easy and ultimately we felt like we paid for the location and I would not stay here again

NOT a 4-star - stay away

Not recommended. Hotel was semi clean but don’t get fooled by the photos. I checked in and out all within 20 min. Old property, felt like a dorm room. Old carpet and doors. No essentials in the shower, no shampoo, no conditioner, no soap. The phone is old and can’t dial directly to the front desk. Have to actually call the number. I had to use my phone several times and no one picked up. Lack of service. And not to mention the light issue in the room. Complete disaster for a 5 star hotel. I reached out for refund and they declined. So I paid for 4 nights, I didnt . Stay in the hotel. Had to find another hotel for my stay which took me a whole day. Ruined my vacation. I have watched out to the hotel and never heard back. Complete waste of money! Looks elsewhere. Pay a little more and stay at different property.

Lovely hotel within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants near Le Croisette. Room was spacious and comfortable. Only hitch is the glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom - challenging for the more modest bather, or when you need a light in the bathroom but don’t want to wake the person sleeping.

I wouldn’t stay again

The hotel room was nice enough but the bathroom is a glass box which you can see in and out of, leaving very little privacy, which was a little uncomfortable as I was travelling with a friend. To make matters worse, the bathroom blind was missing (all the fixtures and fittings were there but no blind itself), so the whole room was lit up by streetlights all night, and daylight from sunrise onwards. We complained about this at check out (we only stayed one night and didn’t realise until we were going to sleep) and they didn’t seem to care very much at all and offered a feeble ‘I’ll tell maintenance’ but not really an apology.
The above is such a shame as the hotel was very clean, the beds were comfy and there was a lovely lobby and patio area. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance to the train station and town, with a large supermarket next door. So there were many positives, but unfortunately I do expect a good night’s sleep when booking a hotel room, so this stay wasn’t acceptable to me.
