Great week-long stay!

Excellent value ! Very comfortable and very clean room. the staff are very welcoming and attentive, we are right in the center, everything is within walking distance! We will definitely come back, plus the receptionist described to us the decor changes planned soon, I can't wait to see that!

RUN AWAY!!!!!!!

Very bad experience. I arrived on August 8 and, upon my arrival, I noticed a level of cleanliness that was absolutely not acceptable for a hotel supposed to be a 3-star establishment: stained bed linens, mattress protector showing numerous visible marks and dirt. I took photos immediately upon my arrival.
I reported the problem to the hotel. The only solution that was offered to me was to change rooms. Given the general condition of the establishment, I did not wish to be relocated to another room potentially presenting the same problems. The hotel refused to refund me.
I was therefore forced to book another hotel in an emergency and at my own expense, even though I had already paid for this reservation.
I find it particularly disappointing that a 3-star establishment could hand over a room in this condition to a guest and offer as a solution only a simple room change, without agreeing to a refund.
I do not recommend this hotel, especially given the ratio between the price paid and the cleanliness conditions observed upon my arrival.

Simply a nightmare!

Very bad room but nothing in compare with the bathroom! It is so snall tgat you can not enter it. Very old and unconfortable…the breakfast offers only industrial products anything fresh. The only positive point… the staff is kind and available

3 star scam!

3 star hotel which does not have the qualities. Poor breakfast, cold chain not respected, hygiene not respected, it is the maid who is cleaning who comes to serve breakfast and leaves to clean. Then comes back when a customer arrives. Hoping that she is not cleaning the toilets. Breakfast composition not respected according to the menu. Disgusting hotel carpet. Heavy elevator door. Hair dryer 2 voltage. Bathroom paint peeling off the ceiling. Soap that cleans nothing and stinks. Stained bed sheet. No extra pillow. Broken shower head. Good bedding and
air conditioner. Very pleasant cleaning lady, smiling who runs in all directions. Dedicated to a dismal hotel. The internet photos do not correspond to the room and we were upgraded, my god luckily, what would it have been!

My dress got stolen out of the room. I proved it several times but haven't left the room wearing it. They could have had a look on the security cameras for prove. After letting the stuff know, they let us search the dirty bags with the dirty towels and sheets ( whilst Covid 19 )if the cleaners might mixed it up. Didn't find it. Incompetent and unprofessional Stuff told me to use safe for my luggage... all my luggage in one little safe HAHA good joke. Hotel was not very sorry and didn't pay for any damage.
If you wanna pay for being robbed go there.
