A gem of a hotel with air conditioning at a tight price in the center of BIARRITZ, go for it with your eyes closed! We slept like babies!
Impeccable welcome from the owner Hicham, Hanis, and Yassine despite our very late arrival. Very efficient room, modern, well-equipped with great bedding for a very tight price at the beginning of summer and during a heatwave with operational air conditioning, SO I RECOMMEND! And regarding the airport and the few planes that may have taken off, it is just a trifle compared to the kindness and professionalism of this team, we give you 5 stars, gentlemen! Dirty sheets and breakfast refused even though paid for, it’s a scandal!
We arrive for the night at €155, the sheets are not clean, in the morning when we arrived for breakfast it was refused to us because it was (closed) even though it had just closed, but we paid!!! We request a refund for the breakfast which is also refused to us, a COFFEE is refused to us… we wanted a real breakfast, the hotel is noisy with the airport next door, we will not return and I do not recommend!!

Mediocre
Air conditioning not functioning. It was way too hot. As compensation, we received a free breakfast.
But can we ask for more for the price?

Hotel to choose if no other is available....
The person who gives us the key card to our room quickly points us in the direction of the room. We get lost because there are no numbers on the room doors. It is following this incident that we realize the hotel is undergoing restructuring work.
We strongly regret this welcome and the lack of important information.
On the second night, we are awakened at 4 AM by the fire alarm going off.... Apparently unexpectedly.
No explanation or apology from management....
On a positive note, the bedding is very comfortable and the breakfast is very good (some fresh fruit would have been welcome).

Catastrophic, hotel to avoid...
A few trips back and forth to get sheets, then pillows and towels.
We made our bed, lying down 1 hour and 30 minutes later.
Of course, the restrooms were not cleaned!
No commercial gesture offered, would it be just a breakfast!
Avoid this hotel!
