Nice hotel and dinner restaurant, breakfast was a little bit of a disappointment (variety) but in all other aspects, a great stop.
Pool was very handy given the heat!

We were placed in a separate building which has a very different look to the main building, and the room was spacious but very functional and modern compared to pictures of other rooms. Good breakfast and nice swimming pool though!

Great base to explore the region around Vertus.

We got a very spacious, neat room with a large terrace in the opposite Hostellerie des Dames de Champagne. Ample parking near the hotel. The food was good quality, the service was correct. Also a fine rich breakfast buffet. Only point of improvement: the bar was closed early (9.30pm) and at 10pm we were asked to go to the rooms, as the hotel was closing. In the neighborhood itself there was no opportunity to go for another drink, and the minibar in the room was not stocked. Furthermore, a very good experience.

Pleasant surprise

Hostellerie du Mont-Aime is rather extensive.
The rooms are spacious and very well appointed. Some are far from the central part (reception, restaurant, breakfast). Everyone is super friendly.
The interior is contemporary very nice.
The food is fine.

We enjoyed the pool and sauna area, the sauna was incredibly clean. The staff were friendly and supportive, even though we could not speak French.
