Very good value for money

A night in this hotel where the rooms are very clean and the bedding is very comfortable. Well soundproofed rooms; we do not hear the neighbors or outside noise. Only the sound of the locks echoes in the hallway when a guest leaves their room, but nothing catastrophic. Very friendly reception. Very complete breakfast!!

Disappointing.

Check-in is done via an intercom, then by SMS. The room is a bit outdated, but very clean and freezing with no heating. We asked if it was possible to have a heater via SMS, and I was told that they did not have a portable heater and that they had turned up the boiler a bit. When we returned after 1.5 hours, our radiators were still cold. With no heating, we slept fully dressed because we were so cold; it was nine degrees outside. We were soaked; it was impossible to dry our clothes. We asked at the bar if they offered dinner service for the evening, but they did not. You are about a 15-minute drive from the dock to give you some context.

Disappointing, character-less place. Problem getting access on a Monday. Surprised to have wash basin in bedroom. It was very clean.

Good value for money, quality bedding. Bedroom with bathroom.
Quiet hotel with parking.
