Perfect for arriving from long trip

After a long flight overseas, followed by a long train, we arrived at this hotel. It’s in a great location and the room was very spacious bright and high ceiling and big windows and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel staff was delightful in every way and there’s a nice place to have breakfast there in the morning. No issues a very simple and clean delightful experience!

Recent stayed there and had a great time. Location was excellent, breakfast was fair for the money. I’d definitely stay there again.

Good quality property, courteous staff, excellent breakfast.

We only stayed one night at this hotel, but I can say that it was definitely worth it. The property is located right in the center, a few hundred meters from the Palace of the Popes. It does not have on-site parking, but a short distance away there is the Juan Jaurers public parking area (at a daily cost of about $30). The check-in was really very quick and pleasant, and thanks to the Best Western Rewards program, we were also offered a room upgrade. The room was very spacious and well-cared for in its details, with a large tub-shower placed in the center. Too bad about the absence of the welcome bottle of water... a small oversight. Furthermore, I looked for the minibar, but unfortunately it was not present (a strange circumstance for a 4-star hotel). Honestly, I also find the management of the key cards for using the elevator and opening the main door needs to be reviewed. Breakfast was nothing short of exceptional: one of the best I have ever found in a hotel establishment.
What can I say: ultimately, it was an extremely pleasant stay. Too bad for a few small details that do not allow me to describe it as unforgettable.

Perfection

We booked this hotel on our way down south. I am a Best Western Rewards member and was thrilled to find something that looked modern. I was right - this hotel was an absolute treat. The check in was courteous and they offered us 2 drink coupons at the bar. The lobby doubles as a bar - it's very tasteful decorated. You also don't have to pass through the lobby to get to your room.
The rooms are beautiful. Old style building with gorgeous modern furnishings and a spacious, beautiful bathroom with a gigantic shower. The Chardonnay scented toiletries were a nice touch.
Breakfast was pretty good as well - they had full sized viennoiseries and even gazpacho! The personnel was lovely as well . The salle du petit-déj itself was gorgeous too.
We absolutely didn't want to leave. The front desk did give us an hour extra that allowed us to visit the Palais des Papes in the morning and to come back and shower after such a hot day before heading back to our car.
We will definitely come back. This, along with the Best Western Premier in Orange , is among my best BW experience.

Good location. Reception area uninviting and the decor of the whole hotel is unusual and dull. Staff at breakfast were very nice.
