Very good value for money
First of all the smiling welcome and very good advice at the reception. My room on the 3rd floor is comfortable, spacious with exposed beams and a desk to work quietly. The bedding is spotless and there are sockets. The bathroom is small and the shower is separated by a curtain.
(The curtain was clean) .
The toilet is located at the entrance of the room.
Breakfast offers sweet and savoury and fruit as well as cakes. Real pressed orange juice would be a plus. Overall a very good value for money. The welcome and smile in addition!

Disappointing.
Spacious room, however, it is a triple room in the attic. We had two horrible nights despite the two fans provided. The room was an oven with no air. Had to leave the window open, but that resulted in car noise and honking all night long.
As for the bedding, it was really not very comfortable. Two 90 cm beds pushed together to make one, but with two separate mattresses, creating an uncomfortable and bothersome gap in the middle.
Breakfast served until 10 AM, we were surprised to hear around 9:30 AM the staff say, "no need to redo the bacon at this hour" not very nice for those who come to have their breakfast later.
I don't know if I would recommend this hotel, but in any case, I do not advise you at all to stay in the triple rooms located under the eaves!!!!

Merci d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre avis. Nous sommes ravis que l'emplacement de notre hôtel sur la Grand'Place d'Arras vous ai plu. Nous sommes navrés pour la chaleur dans votre chambre, malheureusement, nous n'avons pas la main sur la météo et l'occupation de l'hôtel ne nous permettait pas de vous attribuer une chambre dans les étages supérieures. Nous sommes navrés pour votre expérience au petit-déjeuner, nous sommes très engagés dans l'anti-gaspillage et nous n'avons pas fait de bacon supplémentaire afin d'éviter de le gâcher. De nouveau, si nous avions vu que vous n'en n'aviez pas assez, nous en aurions refait pour vous, afin de vous offrir la meilleure expérience.
Nous prenons cependant bonne note de votre commentaire et espérons pouvoir nous rattraper lors de votre prochain séjour à Arras.

Ideally located hotel with reasonable nightly rates
Ideally located as it is directly on the Grand'Place of Arras.
The hotel does not have parking, but there is a public underground parking next door.
Good varied breakfast.
Dogs are accepted for a small additional fee.
We continued our weekend to Amiens, which was not very far away. So the hotel is really well located geographically.
