Thank you Flolian for making the stay special!

3 of us booked 3 rooms and we stayed for a total of 6 nights. The hotel location is convenient to many great restaurants and it is easy to locate. Rooms are really small so I am glad we booked 3 single rooms instead of sharing as there will not be room for luggage. However the room was clean and cosy. Amenities can be improved as dental kit was out of stock when we requested from the receptionist. The stay was made exceptional as the receptionist Flolian was really helpful. He helped to give us restaurant recommendations, shared with us more about Aix and also we enjoyed talking to him when we go back to the hotel for drinks. He truly made our stay more memorable and we will miss him! Looking forward to going back to Aix and staying with them again.

The front desk staff especially during day time Esha & the other guy are very helpful & welcoming…they are great which really makes a big difference! Location is really good- easily walkable to the heart of the town. I just noticed that the shower area needs to be re- caulk with black stain in between tile grout that it does not look clean & the bathroom door need to be re- painted/ refreshed but still overall we had a wonderful stay & will highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in a very convenient location. Really liked it - so close to the squares and side streets where it was all happening.

The location was really convenient - outside of the town center which is actually a plus because the roads are easier to navigate with luggage. But also super close to the town center so you can literally get anywhere you want in Aix by foot within 5-15 minutes depending on where you want to go.
Staffs were awesome and the entire hotel is very charming and had a friendly vibe.
The only thing I would suggest the hotel improve are some missing points on the amenities. It would be really helpful to have a mini fridge in room. That strikes me as a very easy thing to add especially given how hot it gets in the summer in the area. There also were no tissue papers in the room which again is a very easy thing to fix but would make guests' life much much easier.

Street is torn up and you need special instructions to be able to drive there which they did not give in advance causing us to drive around multiple times and ask elsewhere for assistance.
We had a coffee from their machine in their lounge and then we're told we had to pay for it. The only thing really good about it were the beds and wonderful duvets.
