From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, everything went splendidly. I initially planned to stay at the Nagali Hotel for just one night, but thanks to the warm hospitality,
I ended up extending my stay to three nights and I am already planning to return soon
The staff members are what truly make this place exceptional; every single one of them was incredibly professional and friendly.
I didn't feel like just another guest, but rather more like a member of the family.
As for the accommodation, the room itself was spotlessly clean. It featured a great shower and came fully stocked with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a bar of hand soap.
I must highlight that the pillows were very comfortable. While the mattress was a bit too firm for my liking, it was still perfectly fine. As a light sleeper,
I would say that while the hotel claims the rooms are soundproof, you can still hear a bit of noise from the next room, as well as traffic if your room happens to face the road.
The breakfast was perfectly fine, though nothing out of the ordinary apart from the rather unexpected addition of spaghetti 🍝 at breakfast time!
A great perk, however, is the free shuttle service to the city centre, which they offer from 11:00 am onwards.
The rooftop is the absolute cherry 🍒 on top. The views are spectacular: the sunrise over the misty forest is unbeatable, and the sunset is equally magnificent.
I highly recommend the Nagali Hotel in Nadi, Fiji.

The Nalagi seems to be a relatively new hotel and so I was expecting a great deal more than was delivered. I arrived to find that the room type that was booked and paid for was not available. There were two further rooms before I settled for what was available. The room had a balcony that overlooked the sea albeit at a distance. The balcony door could not be locked, neither the phone nor tv worked during the four days I was in that room, on a couple of the days there were no clean towels available. The list goes on. Overall it was a great disappointment. A few years ago this hotel was worth staying in but regrettably never again.

Breakfast needs more variety. Dirty plates, cups take to long to be removed and then there is no seating

We had 3 nights here after arriving in Nadi, it was easy to drive to from the airport and the room was spacious with working aircon, and a balcony. Lots of secure carparking available around the back of the hotel. Some of the furniture and furnishings are a bit tired/worn and could do with an update/refurbishment however it was fine for what it was. The hotel itself has a large rooftop pool on the 9th floor with a bar and food available, with uninterrupted views in all locations (it is the tallest building in Nadi). Lots of tours use the Nalagi Hotel as a pickup point, which is highly useful. The breakfast has both hot and continental options, and an egg station where they can cook eggs to your liking upon request (or make you an omelette). It also has two restaurants on the ground floor. Reliable, dependable, although not super fancy. If you are a plane enthusiast, this is a great place to watch the larger jets from (especially on the rooftop) as planes seem to land and take off from the same direction and the flightpath passes the Hotel. Did not notice any plane noise at nighttime.

If you want a noisy room where you can hear the people next door as well as the toilets flushing and shower going then this is the hotel for you .
I thought I would try somewhere different with it being quite new . It has been built very much on the cheap side .
Personally , I would rather pay $100 more and get a decent nights sleep in a decent bed.
All the Fijian staff were amazing as usual .
