Amazing place

I stayed one night in this really cosy camping site with my girlfriend and two of our friends. We've checked in way past our scheduled arrival time as we had suffered a car accident in Norway and we drove through the whole night from Nordkapp to reach the camping. The lady at the site was very welcoming and supportive and she let us sleep over during the day. The facility itself is really warm, cosy and clean and both the lady and the people living close by were all extremely friendly. We can't wait to visit again!

Lovely getaway in Finnish Lapland

We visited this lovely, very clean and cozy house (+ 2 small cabins) in january. Weather was amazing - cold, clear and with lots of snow! We borrowed snow shoes to see a bit of nearby Kevo national park (not much as there were about a meter of snow) and walked on the ice of Teno river (next to the house). The atmosphere at the house was super relazing, with only a few other customers and the staff only stopping by to ask if we are enjoying. And of course we were

Great option in also off-season

We stopped here on our road trip through Lapland and Northern Norway, just based on the price and the location near the border. The place exceeded all our expectations - the cabin we had was cozy, the food was good, the sauna nice and the service friendly and very efficient for an off-season visit. Vegan options for food were not available on the menu, but they did their best to come up with something nevertheless, so no complaints. During breakfast, they also helped us make plans for the next steps of our journey, which saved us both money and time the next day. So, highly recommended as a cost-efficient option.

Joenranta sauna

Kävimme rauhoituspäivänä nauttimassa saunomisesta. Hieno sauna joen rannassa. Saunaan mahtuu useampi henkilö ja siellä on komea takkahuonekin. Rantaan menee hyvät rappuset mutta uimapaikka ei sovellu heikosti liikkuville henkilöille. Alueella oli isommat juhlat menossa, eikä saunalla ollut muita käyttäjiä joten 15e hintaan saimme saunoa niin kauan kuin halusimme, saunan lämmitimme itse. Koivuklapilla siihen ei kauaa aikaa mennyt :) Edullinen hinta siis kun naapurissa kävimme kyseleen niin siellä sauna maksoi 20e/yksi tunti.
