Affordable hotel in a good location , close to Mall of Asia . the room was clean , bed was very comfortable and the staff were excellent . The two front desk staff , Norgelyn and Sharon were extremely well presented and were truly a credit to the Hotel owners , they were very welcoming with a very pleasant smile . I will stay again .

Poor internet connection, soundproofing is very poor
I was not very satisfied with my stay. For the entire 3 nights and 4 days, the TV channels were all in Chinese, so I never had the chance to use the TV.
The internet connection was also very poor. I stayed on the 3rd floor, and once inside the room, both mobile data and the local phone signal stopped working. I don’t know if this was intentional or simply due to the building’s structure.
The rooms are made of wood, and the soundproofing is very poor. You can clearly hear people talking and making noise from outside and from the neighboring rooms. On our first night, my daughter and I were very uncomfortable because the guests next door were being intimate, and their voices could be heard clearly through the walls.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for families, especially those traveling with children, due to the poor sound insulation, weak internet connection, and lack of family-friendly privacy.

Great location and 5-star service!
Spent 2 days at Luna Hotel Pasay. To be honest, the room was quite basic and just good enough—though having a tea table inside was a nice, convenient touch. However, the location is great, the atmosphere is wonderfully quiet, and it offers really good value for money.
What truly stood out was the incredible service. A huge thank you to Bianca and Lira at the front desk! They were so welcoming and kindly upgraded our room, which we truly appreciated. The accommodations are standard, but the hospitality here is absolutely top-notch.

Good stay as a kpop concert goer
they allowed us to have an early to check on our first day which helped us a lot because we dont need to have our luggage around while getting lunch to a nearby resto. good location (near moa, restos and cafes), functioning wifi (got my worked done as a freelancer), clean room (housekeeping available always), value for money (got the room on a discount and extended our stay for one more night). special mention to all the good staff who had attended us - front desk bianca and lira, the guard and the housekeeping. thank you so much!
