Location is good but the room is not well maintained. And found alot of cockroaches in the cabinet. The aircon is very noisy. And no mobile network signal. The comfort room is not clean.

The location of the hotel is great since it was in the heart of the city. Accessible malls but the cleanliness is a little low since there are some bugs roaming inside the room but overall the stay is great. Guard deserves a raise since he is very kind and easy to talk to.

Anywhere but here

I was in Subic overnight for a meeting and as at it was already 10 pm I checked into the first "hotel" I saw. BIG MISTAKE. It was a terrible experience from start to finish.
The lobby--if you can call it that--is just a tattered old couch with a table for the receptionist. The bar is just one long wooden table with stacks of glasses and beer bottles on top. Did I mention that it was right next to the receptionist?
The corridors outside the rooms are reminiscent of old abandoned hospital hallways frequently used in horror movies. But the real horror are the rooms. Not only can you hear everything going on in the next room, everything inside the room looks dirty and unwashed. I couldn't even bear to let my bare feet touch the floor.
True, rates are cheap, but I didn't pay good money to sleep inside a room that looked like it's been untouched by soap and water.

Needs Improvement!

Stayed at the hotel to be close to where I needed to be. The staff were friendly. Rooms can definitely use upgrades. The first room they gave me had cockroaches. I called the front desk and they moved me to another room. I had a room with 2 beds, but clearly the room was meant to hold 1 bed. There are other options.

needs improvement

Don't be fool with the façade of this hotel. It looked new on the outside but the rooms were not. When we got inside our room (103) it smelled like an old wet towel that was left for days. The bathroom tiles were moldy and the toilet bowl has stains on it. The bed and the comforter gave me itch but it was my fault I was too tired with our trip that's why I didn't bother to ask them to changed it. AC was a bit old but still in a good condition. Limited cable channels as in to the point the only working ones are the local channels. Wi-Fi connection was very inconsistent and slow. Well the good side of the hotel are 1.) the staffs were accommodating and nice 2.) good location 3.) cheap rates 4.) they allow us to check in early without any additional cost but of course these factors I believe I can also find it in another budget hotel. And its not enough for me to book this hotel again in case I will visit Olonggapo or to even recommend it. Hope they will improve their rooms and then maybe I'll reconsider :-)
