Very friendly and welcoming staff

Great visit, highly recommend. The staff were very understanding and accommodating when our plans changed at the last minute. The place itself is very clean and well run. We really enjoyed our visit to Moalboal!

Horrible location, terrible service, very average environment

My friends and I booked for 4 nights and first thing very disappointing was the location (they lied), supposed to be direct access or closed to the beach but you have to drive few kilometres to get there.
The place is new and was clean on arrival but can see that is the lowest quality in the market (don’t wanna imagine this place in few months).
Thirdly and the worst was the service by the Philipino old woman who never cleaned the room while we were there.I arrived after 5 hours trip and requested a glass of water and she refused and said that they don’t provide that!!! After 3rd day asked for clean towels and gave to us 3 hand towels with a bad face. Asked her for instant coffee and gave us 2 bags but we were 3 and paid for 3 people but she said only 2 coffee per day...... then asked for toilet paper roll and the same face.....
Honestly I don’t recommend this place to anyone! Easy to get cheaper places with better location and friendly staff in Moalboal
