A wonder in Camiguin

Superb boutique hotel, Jerome the boss is super friendly, super helpful and very good advice. Staff at the top, the rooms are sublime with a very nice decor and comfortable. The terraces at the top with everything you need to chill. If you come to Camiguin this is where you should sleep. Cherry on the cake an amazing breakfast!

Very good option to stay while you visit Camiguín.

Ir is not a hotel in the proper sense. There is no bar, restaurant or a reception desk. They are three cottages scattered in a lush garden in front at the seafront. Do not expect a gorgeous beach nor a pristine pool. However the place is beautiful, the service is friendly and the owner Jerome provides excellent activities recommendations depending on the weather or sea state. Ana he can even personally deliver you on the bike to the port if needed (thanks a lot Jerome for your big favor)

A great little hotel!!!

This is a beachfront hotel with large rooms and
perfectly equipped designed to enjoy and relax.
The hotel is very familiar, the rooms are separate buildings that perfectly preserve the privacy of the guests.
The treatment is tremendously personal, from Jérôme to Andro, the whole team is watching to make the experience as rewarding as possible.
On the other hand, Jérôme is an amazing planner... in the morning, if you ask him, he offers you a planning of the day, depending on the weather conditions, so that you can enjoy the tremendous opportunities that Camiguin offers...
If you go as a family it is the place!

Absolute disappointment

We expected a hotel experience according to the good reviews, and the recommendation of the local agency, but we found something very different and disappointing. This place does not really offer a hotel service, the cleaning and maintenance of the rooms is fine but there is no attention to detail expected in a well rated accommodation. Basically, it is more of an unserviced accommodation than a hotel itself. We were surprised to see so many positive reviews, because our experience was far from satisfactory. Most puzzling is how it has such high ratings when it clearly does not offer a hotel experience as such. There is nothing charming about this place and the attention leaves a lot to be desired especially you should have breakfast when the owner wants because there are hardly any staff. It has no hammocks except two sun loungers next to pool..
The breakfast at the beach is laughing...
Finally, thanks to the agency we moved to the hotel next door, Balay sa Baibai where we received much better care and service according to what we expected.
I definitely do not recommend this hotel and for what you pay next door you have a hotel with a lot of charm and treatment of 10.

Big disappointment!!!!

We were recommended by BNT travel as a fantastic hotel and it is a great disappointment.
You cannot call it a hotel as it does not have any customer service.
You even have to eat breakfast at the time the owner wants.
This is not really a hotel, it is a room with nothing special.
