Amazing trip and coffee with Meserak
My family and I had an amazing stay at Sapphire Hotel and I especially appreciated the service of Meserak Woldemariam. She was very pleasant and extremely helpful with her recommendations for my trip. The coffee was very tasty and she was great company in the lounge during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Addis for both short and long stays and anyone visiting must have coffee in the lounge with Meserak, its essential!

I had a wonderful stay at the Sapphire Addis. The location is perfect—very close to the airport and within easy reach of the city's main attractions and business hubs.
The service was the highlight of my stay; the staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious, modern, and kept impeccably clean. I also highly recommend the breakfast buffet, which had a great variety of both local and international options. Whether you are traveling for business or leisure, this is a top-tier choice in Addis Ababa!

The location is great, staff are very helpful and attentive, the room is clean overall I am very much satisfied with my stay. The only issue I had, even those the room was advertised to accommodate for 4 people there was no space for my child. It looks like there is miss communication between Expedia and the hotel.

Very bad
I found the hotel as one of the poorly organized hotel in my experience. So bureaucratic with poor managements. Didn't clean the rooms, non-responsive to your repeated requests, took lots of time to take action.
