From the very first day, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued. The manager is humble and caring, the workers are respectful, and even the security team greets you with smiles and kindness. You can truly feel the positive atmosphere the moment you walk in.
What touches my heart most is that they treat people with love and dignity, not just as customers. The comfort, peace, and attention they give are worth far more than the amount you pay. Rarely do you find a place where hospitality feels this sincere and natural.

Excellent stay near the airport with great service and comfort!

I had a really enjoyable stay and would happily return. The location was convenient, close to the airport, and easy to access, with everything needed available nearby. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. I also appreciated the good amenities and the overall attention to detail.
Great value for money overall — it was an excellent experience.

My experience was exceptionally pleasant thanks to the excellent leadership of hotel manager, Mr. John

From the moment I entered the hotel, the customer service was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding leadership of Manager Mr. John! I could tell that the management had established a high standard of excellence in the warm and welcoming treatment of guests. They went above and beyond to ensure that my room was ready, exceptionally clean, and comfortable. I enjoyed friendly greetings, delicious food at the restaurant, and a wonderful entertainment lounge where I could savor good food, music, and pleasant conversations. As a US citizen, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to travel to Addis Ababa. Be sure to ask for the exceptional Manager, Mr. John!
