The hotel was a pleasant surprise - very convenient to Polar Park, nice room that was comfortable and has all we needed for the night, and a great staff. Liked the 110 Grill for dinner and would definitely stay there again.

My first time staying there, but nothing to do there at night, we check-in on Saturday and check out in Monday. Very nice place quietly.

Enjoyed my stay in Worcester!

This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The beds were super-comfy with oversized pillows. I could not hear anything in the other guest rooms. There was a great selection of FREE movies.
The breakfast was reasonably priced for a buffet but had limited options. I was even given a free pass for parking in the public garage under the hotel which was a considerable savings in a major city.
The 110 Grill was connected to the hotel and had excellent food and options and catered to my nut allergy.
It was in a good neighborhood and I felt safe as a woman walking to the DCE at night alone. There were other excellent restaurants en route.
This hotel will be my first choice when I stay in Worcester in the future. The room was pricey because I was attending the Democratic Convention, but worth it. Sometimes you do actually get what you are paying for.

A top notch facility with excellent staff (friendly, professional, knowledgeable) and immaculate lobby, breakfast bar and rooms. The best guest laundry facilities I’ve ever seen at a hotel! Breakfast, while not included in my room package, was delicious and overall a good value. Excellent in room amenities, too!
