Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. Please note the property is currently undergoing renovation. • A nonrefundable pet fee of $20 per night will be charged to my account on arrival. • A refundable pet deposit of $40 per stay will be charged to my account on arrival. • A valid credit card number must remain on file at the front desk. • Housekeeping and Maintenance Service: I agree to make my room available for housekeeping and/or maintenance needs and will arrange to have my pet out of the room to accommodate this service when possible. • Pet left unattended in the guest room when the guest leaves the hotel premises must be secured in a proper pet crate or carrier. • Maximum allowable pets per room are 2 pets and each pet must weigh less than 50 pounds. • Pet MUST be on a controllable leash at ALL times when not inside the guest room. • Pet is NOT allowed to walk around the pool area and is NOT allowed in the pool. The pool is for people only. • Allowed pets are confined to dogs and cats. Other pets are not permitted in the hotel. • Guest is responsible for clean up after the pet on the hotel grounds and properly disposing of waste in the outside dumpster. Failure to do so will result in an additional clean up fee of $15 per occurrence or return of deposit may be forfeited. • Damages caused by my pet to my room, its furnishings, or any other part of the hotel are my sole responsibility. I understand that I will be charged an additional fee based on the specific damage. Guest room is subject to damage inspection at anytime and upon check out. • Noise / Disruptive complaints: If hotel management receives two (2) complaints, alternative arrangements must be made for the pet. The nonrefundable pet fee will not be refunded once the pet has been in the guest room.
Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in. The hotel will pre-authorize your card and the pre-authorization will be released if there are no extra charges or damage to the room when checking out.
