Front desk attendant was very courteous and friendly. Air conditioning worked well in room too. Would come back.

The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was very nice. We liked the daily breakfast and the pool was great. We asked if they could waive the parking fee since we had 2 rooms but they did not. This prevented us from giving 5 stars. We would definitely stay there again. Good location and close to shops and restaurants.

Overall, my experience was very disappointing. The hotel did not meet the standards or expectations described on their website. I was extremely unhappy with the level of service, customer care, and the condition of the rooms. The rooms were not clean, and the carpets had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it difficult to stay comfortably. Unfortunately, the actual experience was far from what was advertised.

Hotel was great clean. Small Complimentary breakfast buffet every morning with stay, offered a lot of choices of food. Pool and spa were awesome kids loved it. Location of hotel close proximity to everything only about an hour away from San Francisco. Highly recommend cheap convenient would stay again

Nice and clean room. The tv wouldn’t turn on. I tried the power button on the tv and remote control.
The bed is placed next to the heating and air unit which blasts air directly on the bed and in your face. You can’t adjust the direction of the air flow. Also, if you want to adjust the ac temperature it blows hot air to adjust room temperature. I ended up turning it off.
