The room was a nice size and very clean. Thd pool area was also well maintained and clean. We enjoyed the check out time being 12 instead of the usual 10 or 11. Made for a relaxing morning instead of a rushed departure.

The facility itself was very clean. It would have been helpful to have a clock, paper and pen in the room.
We were extremely disappointed with the pool and hot tub. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because they had a pool and hot tub. Both the pool and the hot tub did not look clean at all especially the hot tub. It looked filthy. We were shocked that such a facility would allow an amenity like that to be so disgusting looking. We did not go in either one. The whole time we were there we only saw 2 children in the pool. It would help the hotel immensely if they fixed those two items to be clean like other hotels.

Bad service, clean hotel

The staff in this hotel could not be bothered to care about anything at all. Returned late to the hotel to realize my room key was still in my room (my bad), however, Hilton mobile key was not working. Nobody was at the front desk, until I called the hotel from my cell phone after waiting for about 5 minutes, and someone walked out from the back office to help. The first thing they asked was why I hadn’t activated the mobile key when I asked for a room key. They also never asked for my ID to verify they were giving a room key to the right person.
All of that to say, the room was clean, as was the hotel. Good for a one night stop to get your head in a bed, but don’t expect good service.

Nice hotel

Good location off the highway. Clean and comfortable. Rooms are spacious and lobby has a modern look

Hot tub heater was broken so not hot. Hot water in shower was just beyond lukewarm. However, facility was clean modern and very comfortable. Location was perfect as we were there for a wedding at the Public house and could walk. Breakfast buffet was suburb!!
