Great Choice

Great stay outstanding service. Very clean rooms highly recommended. Monya is a great bar tender with wonderful people skills. Enjoyed the stay.

Awful

I stayed at 4 different hotels on this trip, and this was by far the worst. Elizabeth at the front desk was awful. The room was disgusting and had weird bugs in the sink. Would not recommend.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. After reviewing your TripAdvisor post, we believe your review may have been intended for a different hotel. The comments and photos regarding an employee named Elizabeth appear to be identical to a review posted for the Courtyard Marriott Springfield, Philadelphia location.
Additionally, the Courtyard by Marriott Springfield, Virginia does not have an employee named Elizabeth working at our front desk. For this reason, we believe this was an honest mistake and that the review may have been posted to the wrong property.
We respectfully ask that you contact TripAdvisor and request that the review be removed from the Courtyard by Marriott Springfield, Virginia page and, if appropriate, reposted to the correct hotel location.

The room was excellent size, balcony was nice perk. Quiet courtyard that made sitting outside at night very enjoyable! All amenities were in excellent order and everything was very clean. We traveled with 2 adults and 3 kids and would stay again in a heart beat!

It was a place to stay outside of DC and near the train. Could have been refurbished as everything was dated.

Pool hours were not good and the fact you had to pay an extra $15 for flat lot parking is a joke.
