Staff were wonderful and it was super busy! Our room was cozy and comfortable with great views! Loved that it was in walking distance to the Market and many great restaurants!

Horrible Rooms, noise is unbearable.
Horrible Rooms. Noise is unbearable. Windows are made with the thinnest glass available. Room windows are Painted OPEN. They painted the Windows without closing them all the way first.
Windows were painted open leaving a gap of about 1/4 to 1/2 inch between the two glass panels.
You can hear EVERYTHING from outside. There is no way to keep the noise out.
1/4 of the Hotel sits on an Alley and the City has no better idea but to have their trash trucks do their trash collection starting at 6:00am on a Saturday Morning. It sounds as if you are in the trash bins from all the noise instead of your room. The front lobby staff does not seem to care and acts as if they are clueless of any noise issues.
Lighting in the rooms is not the best.
Shower water pressure is non existent. The water barely rains straight down like a light spring rain shower.
Room mini refrigerator makes a constant noise of water trickling within it, you can definitely hear it all night long.
Carpet right next to bed stains on it that looked as if they were from bodily fluids. See pics/video.
I would not recommend this Hotel, though the location is convenient.
I had high hopes upon arrival, but I was extremely disappointed.

Over priced with details sadly lacking, book elsewhere
This hotel has tried too hard to be “cool” and it has forgotten the basics. The rooms are extremely small with limited to no space. The wardrobe is a pipe hanging from the wall. The biggest issue here however is the sleep quality. Even with the aircon off you have the constant noise of an aircon unit going all night. The bed bowed in the middle creating back issues for all who slept here. The view from our room was a back alley frequented by drug addicts and was over looked by another building, meaning no privacy. The curtains have to remain shut meaning no natural light. The alley is used for garbage collection which is very noisy and happens several times a night. The hotel doesn’t provide basics such as water, water his can be purchased at $13 a bottle in the room.
In summary, the hotel is in a good location but tries too hard, provides extremely poor sleep quality and is massively over priced, book elsewhere.

Great location helpful enthusiastic staff good restaurant on site. The lighting by the sinks is dull and there is no place for toiletries. The rooms are small but I liked that . Very good stay.

Overall I gave the pallihotel a 3* due to the lack of clarity and help from the staff, the loudness of the rooms, and the comfort of the mattress.
Pros:
location (excellent safe and close to pike place)
Cafe and restaurant downstairs
Room vibes
Cons:
The room was so loud from traffic and people on the street yelling - look we get it it's downtown but better windows can help here
The mattress was.... Sproingy, stuff, and very uncomfortable. My husband and I both had back aches.
The staff were...curt and not helpful with questions and inquiries. I felt like I was inconveniencing them
